Not impressed to be honest takes too long to set up theres no helpline or top up line it's frustrating having to do everything online & the website is rubbish

The 4G does not work well at all. I only get one antenna all the time. Even though it's an advanced SIM, I always need to switch to 3G. Frustrating. I am using iPhone 8. I changed my sim for the better plan but now thinking about switching again.

Excellent services! All Europe on one SIM. Its cery ok, you rox Vodafone ?

When I signed up to Voxi I entered my PAC code as part of the signup process. The idea being the sim wouldn't be activated until my number was ported over. Well.... that didn't happen, I put the sim in on the porting day and the porting process hadn't even been started. I had to contact customer services and because it was a Friday, my number wouldn't be ported over until the following Monday. Customer service was very helpful in this regard.

Very good on uk in europe is problem sometimes whit the speed on the internet

The worst mobile provider ever Voxi is bad.When I swap over to Voxi I was without my phone number for 10 days. When they fixed that, all my outgoing messages were appearing as different phone number. And They advise me to factory reset my phone, so I lost now also all my data/apps, and I need to reregister all my apps, and the problem is not fixed... What an incapable personnel. Voxi is the worst ever... Never again, I would give -10 star if I could

I like VOXI for its endless minites and its music bundle

I recently transferred to voxi because of the deals and am loving it, the only issue was that it took 4 days for my number to get set up

It was a little confusing to set up. I'm rubbish at technology things though so that is probably me. But I now am getting a great deal for a good price so I am happy and would recommend.

A few findings.I switched from Three while the data rate is terrible at night. After I brought a new 5G phone, I decided to move to VOXI/Vodafone, a service provider pushes 5G network actively.I've chosen a 5G ready plan since I've checked with VOXI page that my home should have a not bad 5G coverage. However, when I plug-in the new SIM, what I can have is only 4G, even not 4G+.I then found VOXI/Vodafone supports no VoLTE nor conference call. Being a leading network provider, these are somehow disappointing.I hope VOXI/Vodafone can improve in the near future.

The website and signing in process is awful. It hardly ever work i have to reset my password all the time. Other than that I would recommend voxi 100%
